Pasadena

This careful refresh reimagined 1,300 square feet without sacrificing the home’s inherent appeal. The exterior gained new life through an updated palette, roof, lighting, and landscaping. Indoors, a complete kitchen and bath overhaul set the tone for a more modern sensibility. Original traditional elements were thoughtfully retained and repainted, shedding the woodsy cabin aesthetic in favor of a warm, contemporary atmosphere that respects the existing architecture. New fixtures, lighting and finishes were carefully chosen and sourced.
